I have done some retriggers to see where this might have started, ideally I am focused on Dec 2nd:

but it is hard to determine where this came up.  As this is a frequent intermittent, it is something we should figure out.
It seems this stopped happening at least at a rate worth reporting. So I expect this to be closed in the next mass-closing.

This test is moved to v0 folder and all v0 tests are disabled in bug 1288306. So close this bug.
