I have done some retriggers to see where this might have started, ideally I am focused on Dec 2nd: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&filter-searchStr=Linux%20opt%20W3C%20Web%20Platform%20Tests%20W3C%20Web%20Platform%20Tests%20W%281%29&tochange=d996266433ad&tochange=407dff8daf62&fromchange=757e58636c0c&selectedJob=18147036 but it is hard to determine where this came up. As this is a frequent intermittent, it is something we should figure out.

found an earlier instance on Dec 4: http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/tinderbox-builds/mozilla-inbound-linux64/1449273566/mozilla-inbound_ubuntu64_vm_test-web-platform-tests-1-bm122-tests1-linux64-build197.txt.gz and one other on dec 3: http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/tinderbox-builds/mozilla-inbound-linux64/1449151941/mozilla-inbound_ubuntu64_vm_test-web-platform-tests-1-bm68-tests1-linux64-build431.txt.gz in fact, this bug is already on file as bug 1141097. If there is a need to duplicate this, then we should mark it as a duplicate.

It seems this stopped happening at least at a rate worth reporting. So I expect this to be closed in the next mass-closing.

This test is moved to v0 folder and all v0 tests are disabled in bug 1288306. So close this bug.
