I would like to see some easy way to filter out all bugspam generated when someone CCs or unCCs themselves, but not when they add or remove someone else.  So if someone CCs me or a third person, I do want to see the notification, but if they CC or unCC themselves on a bug I'm already CCed on, I do not care.

Existing notifications include enough information, but not in a format that make it possible to write a filtering rule in most / all? email filtering systems.

Server-side bugmail filtering via "Email Preferences" or "Bugmail Filtering" do not seem to allow such filtering either.  "Bugmail Filtering" can probably be enhanced, but I find additional information in mail headers preferred so that the filtering can be done even if you receive bugmail indirectly via a mailing list and you can not change preferences for the mailing list bugzilla user.

I do not assume X-Bugzilla-Changed-Fields can changed to include self_cc instead of cc without breaking existing filters.  So maybe some new X-Bugzilla header, possibly only generated when a self CC change is made.
