Trying to use the Pacific Bell online account manager pages with OCSP validation turned on gets this error: Error trying to validate certificate from www.pacbell.com using OCSP - corrupted or unknown response. Error Code: -8073

In this case the OCSP error was caused by a bad server response (I added debugging staments to find out), so doesn't that make it PacBell's fault, and thus a valid Evangelism bug?
This does seem invalid since the OSCP issue has been marked fixed and this site gives: Error trying to validate certificate from www.pacbell.com using OSCP - unauthorized response.
