The 2FA setup page could use some additional instructions on it to avoid confusion. The following things are not immediately obvious and should be called out on the page: 1) You need to disable 2FA in order to change to a different 2FA method 2) It may be useful to link to the sessions page with a suggestion that users might want to log out their other sessions after making changes to their authentication methods.
note: this message only needs to be displayed to mozilla-employee-confidential users, as duo is limited to moco/mofo staff.
