Details

In order to test NAT scenarios in mochitest, we will need some sort of minimal STUN server that runs on the same machine. This may be something we write in browser js, or something in node.js, or a compiled binary, or whatever.

Whatever we use, it must run on Windows, Android, OS X, and Linux.
