Reproducible with 43.0b9 (Build ID: 20151203163240), latest Developer Edition 44.0a2 and Nighty 45.0a1 (both from 2015-12-14)
Affected platforms: Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit (2 different machines)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Go to http://trailers.apple.com/ and play any trailer.
3. Click on Hello icon.
4. Start a conversation.

Expected results: Conversation window is properly displayed.

Actual results: Conversation window has a black border.

3. Not reproducible with latest Flash 11.2 (on http://www.twitch.tv/) nor HTML5.
Bug 1208020 looks like a possible candidate. Alexandra, mozregression has been updated to vastly improve bisection on the integration branches. Can you please re-run the bisection w/ mozregression 2.1.0? |mozregression --good 2015-10-01 --bad 2015-10-02| should be a good starting point. Thanks!

After bisecting with mozregression 2.1.1 under Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit, I got this range:
