Uh, importScripts() is failing to load a clearly existing file?  That seems like a script loader issue to me.

Perhaps this is related to bug 1229970 somehow.  If so, though, I think we probably just uncovered some other race that was being masked by ignoring the cancellation before.

Also, I have no data to back this up, but I feel like I've been seeing intermittent network failures on e10s in general.  If that is really happening, then this could be a result of that as well.
