I am experiencing an increasing number of crashes where I get the error report: Mozilla has caused a fault in NSPR4.dll, Mozilla will now close. If this continues etc etc. This does not happen during any particular activity. The third last time I was accessing a link in an email, the second last I was trying to get back to the mailbox, the last while I was attempting to open the Bugzilla entry form. It was necessary for me to access this form via the link in the Bugzilla helper page. I am using Build 2002020208, and it has also occurred with builds 200201300?, and 200201280?

Reporter: Do you have the possibility to use a talkback build? That would help a lot.
I'm running 2002020208 (branch) on Win2k, and I just got a crash in nspr4.dll myself. TB2498479G

Sorry I have not been using a talkback version
Stephen Donner indicated in comment #4 that the crash that WD ran into is in PR_GetIdentitiesLayer at prlayer.c:734. That crash is a duplicate of bug 123628. The original bug description does not have a call stack or function name, so I don't know for sure whether it's the same as the crash that WD reported. In any case, this should be investigated as a Browser bug, and I am going to resolve it as a duplicate of bug 123628 because they were around the same time.
