When the code is long it is sometimes useful to be able to wrap or unwrap some functions so it's out of sight.
A bit like SublimeText using a triangle to wrap "‣" and to unwrap "▾".

David: is there a plan to make devtools.debugger.features.code-folding
on by default? Or perhaps expose it as a user setting in the DevTools settings panel?
Karl: is this enough for you? Are you ok just switching the pref for now?

Very cool. Note that this is buggy. See the screencast.
tested in 68.0a1 (2019-05-13) (64-bit) on macOS 10.14
The arrows are flickering when moving the cursor in the column and disappears when the mouse is not moving.

At the moment there are no plans to make devtools.debugger.features.code-folding
true
, but hopefully in the future when we can get the hover working without flicker.
