We may need a panel to show which build has been downloaded

Now,if the build has been downloaded, we will launch it directly rather than query and download when bisect it. it's a great idea for avoiding repeat download it. But sometime, people may meet the situation that they need a build has been already downloaded and saved in the persist folder. Usually, people need to find that persist folder, open it, and lunch a build they want.

Maybe we could add a widget or panel(windows maybe) to tell user which build has been downloaded, and they can choose one to launch directly.
