Firefox 43.0 and Nightly 46.0a1 20151216 on Windows 8.1

1. Open the Inspector.
2. Click the gear icon to open the settings.
3. Enable the add-on and browser chrome debugging.
4. Install https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/counter-for-mozillas-eoy-fund/
5. Open the add-on's options, set the update interval to 1 minute.
6. Click the 'Debug' button for the extension in the add-ons manager.
7. Set a breakpoint at line 186 mofofuraco.updateLabelWithAmount();
8. Wait for the breakpoint to fire.
Actual result:
Variables list and callstack empty.
