1233425 - Context room does not update in conversation window if focused tab is dragged out only after manually switching tabs

Affected builds:
- latest Aurora 45.0a2
- latest Nighty 46.0a1

Affected OS`s:
- Windows 7 64-bit
- Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit
- Mac OS X 10.11.1

STR:
1. Start Firefox
2. Open multiple tabs
3. Start Hello call
4. Drag the focused tab out and make it new window

Expected results: Context from conversation window updates with the currently focused tab.

Actual results: Context does not update automatically only after I manually switch tabs again

Notes:
- Gif attached showing the issue.
- This is not a regression, it was introduced with bug 1215570.
