Details

Message filter is "to or cc" should be "to or cc or bcc". Not having that really hurts SPAM filtering, since bcc's go into the trash.
Looks invalid. AFAIK, the BCC field shouldn't even turn up in a mail sent to you. If it does, there's a bug somewhere.
I don't see in View | Headers - All. so you cannot filter based on bcc.
