When "textL10nId" is set, the menu icon can't be displayed on Smart Modal Dialog.
This bug is fixed in the latest version of Smart Modal Dialog. However, it's difficult to integrate the latest version in the system app at this moment since its interface has been modified. I'll workaround it in bug 1232345 so close this bug.
