Steps to reproduce:

Enabled Dev Edition Theme and the dark mode for it


Actual results:

The area around the caption buttons stay white



Expected results:

The buttons should go black and the icons on them become white

Looks to me like the area around the caption buttons changes to whatever your system color scheme is set to.

Whether or not the dev theme is intended to override this functionality, however, I'm not sure

I think it should, looks ridiculous if it does not.
