Build ID: 20151208100201
Actual results:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Fingerprinting#Plugins states that "The policy of which plugin names are uncloaked can be changed in the about:config pref plugins.enumerable_names." However, per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1169945, that pref is no longer supported.
Expected results:
The page should state that plugin-based fingerprinting is possible until the Permissions functionality discussed in the bug is added (or that it is not possible to block it, if that's the decision).

Would be great to see an update to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/Fingerprinting as it hasn't been updated since March 2018.

(In reply to Brian Carpenter [:geeknik] from comment #1)
Would be great to see an update to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/Fingerprinting as it hasn't been updated since March 2018.
The Mozilla Wiki component doesn’t maintain content on the Wiki instead individual teams do this and it would be up
to the Security team as to whether they intend to update that content or leave it outdated.
I’m going to mark this bug invalid as the proper approach would be to approach that team and inquire with them.
