A few spacing and font size issues attached.

hrmph - the panels are styled quite differently on Windows and OSX for reasons I don't yet understand. I'll try and get to the bottom of it.

At the very least can we make sure that the font size of "No open tabs" is bigger (not the smaller size).

Sure - Edouard, can you please talk to rfeeley about exactly what he wants here and open a bug for that one small change (we'll keep this bug open for the broader issues once bug 1235501 gets traction)
