We've been seeing a lot of waitForElement timeouts, and I believe a lot of theme are merely down to the fact that we don't wait long enough. Sometimes, the VMs we get to run these tests are *really* slow, so we need to accomdate that. Let's increase our waiting threshold for all tests here.

Let's think about lowering that a little bit as we see things stabilize. :) We always end up wasting a little more computing time when we increase timeouts. Not a big deal, but always nice to lessen the churn if we can.
