Currently emu-x86-kk xpcshell test are on staging [1], there are still some frequent oranges needed to be fixed. I would like to request enabling tests on production as Tier-2, so that the tests are visible to the team and have a better way to track the failures.

Ken Chang will be the active owner and xpcshell test are listed in [2]. 

Hi :KWierso, based on above comments, is it okay to enable emu-x86-kk xpcshell test on production as Tier-2? Thank you.
