(Reporter: sverd.johnsen, Unassigned)
Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0
Build ID: 20151218164250
Steps to reproduce:
When downloading something Firefox apparently creates /tmp/mozilla_mozillaUser0
When this already exists (for example from a previous Firefox process from a different Linux user account) all Downloads fail immediately (presumably because Firefox can't write to it).
Actual results:
Downloads fail. They start but show "failed" immediately.
Expected results:
Downloads should work.
Alternatively:
Firefox should fall back to a different temporary directory.
There should be a proper error message.
