Details
It seems sometimes when you shut down mozilla, favicons stay. Somethimes when
its shut down, they are all reset. Until they stay permanently, they are more of
a useless frill than a useful feature.

This has been noticable since the introduction to favicons, on both windows
ME/XP and slackware 2.4
