Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load slashdot.org
2. Observe table layout is incorrect
3. Minimize window
4. Restore window
5. Observe correct layout
Actual Results: Gaps beneath some table cells
Expected Results: No such gaps.

This was reported and confirmed 5 months and 3 milestones ago. I can't
reproduce it on WinXP/1.1beta, or Win98SE/1.0.
Reporter, do you still see this on a recent build?

I haven't updated to 1.1beta yet, I will do it this weekend and report results.

I am running 1.1beta now, and it appears the bug is fixed. I can't make it
appear on the testcase.
