123515 - new tab opened even when not wanted, when entering URL

When I have the option Navigator->Tabbed Browsing->Control+Enter in the URL bar
set, a new tab is opened even when I hit enter alone (instead of loading the URL
in the current window/tab).
If I de-select this option, then the new URL in opened in the current window/tab
(as expected).


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.select the option Navigator->Tabbed Browsing->Control+Enter in the URL bar
2.open any URL
3.Write a new URL at the URL box, and hit Enter.

Actual Results:  A new tab is opened.

Expected Results:  the URL should be opened in the same window/tab
