Steps to reproduce:

try to log in my tax account     http://www.impots.gouv.fr/portal/static/
clic on       particulier
enter my    Numéro fiscal
enter my    password


Actual results:

Firefox white page

Additional details:
- If I redoes the same thing in a new tab it goes straight into my account without entering "numero fiscal" & password
- works properly with "internet explorer"
- module "adblock plus" disabled
- plugin "shockwave flash" disabled
- found someone else having same trouble in year 2014
- I have no trouble on other websites

About Justin request, he wasn't requesting your credentials, but more like the log of the page when the white screen is produced. To get that press F12 or go to Tools/Web Developer/Web Console. With it active, follow the steps to the blank page and when the blank page loads, that's the log we want.

You might first enable back the flash plugin and try again. If still the problem persists, try the following:

Please test if the issue can be reproduced in the safe mode of Firefox: Https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode. - if this works, then we need you to provide an attachment containing the list of all your plugins: to get it type about:plugins in your address bar.

If the safe mode fails, then please download the Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem. This will install the Nightly Firefox separately from your current Firefox release version and it will use the same profile.

 
Please try the above scenarios and we will follow up from there.

This behavior should be similar on the other browsers as well (on your example IE) meaning that if you login in tab number 1 and then you open a new tab and access the link, you would be already logged on.
Please confirm this as well.

Adrian's scenarii test results:
1- safe mode has failed to same result i.e. white page
2- nightly works properly
3- note: for me it's clear I'm logged on but display failes to white page

Sorry Jean Louis, my fault, we need the log from the Browser Console, not Web Console. It's a similar console and you find it in the same place: Tools/Web Developer/Browser Console.
Please screenshot the Browser Console output when the page goes blank and attach it here. 

And can you please test something and then report the result here as well: after you try to login and the white page appears, could you press refresh and see what happens?

Hello Jean Louis,

Since nightly is working properly, this issue has been handled by development. Nightly is a future Firefox push hence the name (Nightly 46.0 and Firefox 43.0).

Hi Justin,
I'm awfully sorry, I made a mistake by testing Nightly.
I tried it once more yesterday and unfortunatly it gives the white page as well.
When I told Nyghtly works properly I did'nt take care and was already logged in through standard version!

Even though I give you a bit more work I wish to all of you a happy new year.
