Fizzilla crashed after I closed the only Navigator window open. I previously had
another Navigator and one Mail/News window open.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch FizzillaCFM
2. Spawn two Navigator and one Mail/News window
3. Close all windows
Actual Results: FizzillaCFM crashed after the last window was closed.
Expected Results: FizzillaCFM should not have crashed.

unable to reproduce with a current 1.1alpha trunk nightly build. Please reopen
if you're still seeing this in current builds. THanks.
