STR:
1. Install and enable theme https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/outlook-2013-blue/
2. Place New Tab button on the tabs toolbar

Result:       The button's icon has no black outline unlike all other icons
Expectations: The icon should be distinguishable from light parts of a theme image
