This one is a follow up to "Bug 1210246 - bugzilla.mozilla.org help link is busted" for more or less exactly the same problem what has been reported in "Bug 1210246"

Steps how to reproduce with Bugzilla.Mozilla version 2015.12.22:
1. With settings due to attachment (Classic Skin) in SeaMonkey Browser
   on this page:
2. Click  "Help" hyperlink in the page heading left from "log out":
    ...| Product Dashboard | Preferences | Administration | Help | Log out
   » Opens <https://bmo.readthedocs.org/en/latest/bug_page.html> 
   Expected: Useful help contents
   Actual: ASCII art for "This page does not exist yet"

Are correct Help documentation targets known for all affected pages?

Still many page not yet tested. May be "/latest/" +x seems a promising search string for bad links?

The old reporting code is no-longer developed or supported.

The short term fix is to put in stubs for those pages saying that.

In the long term we want to think about how reporting should work.
