I did my tests with Classic skin, still Are correct Help documentation targets known for all affected pages? Still many page not yet tested. May be "/latest/" +x seems a promising search string for bad links?

The old reporting code is no-longer developed or supported.

The short term fix is to put in stubs for those pages saying that.

In the long term we want to think about how reporting should work.
