When TV apps are ready in marketplace, we should switch the api endpoint to TV api.

This is an easy patch. 1. Switch to TV api in routes.js 2. Use id instead of slug as the key of model cache 3. Update preview image with promo_imgs 2 and 3 were came from the discussion in bug 1223643 between Allen and me. Please let me know if you have any questions, thanks :)
