Bug 1121559 added a probe HTTP_WAP_CONTENT_TYPE_RECEIVED to measure WAP responses in mobile browsers. The results have shown that it's pretty insignificant -- here's the numbers from Nightly 43:
non-WAP response 371246186 99.999177%
WAP response 3054 0.000823%
Given that it's so small, I don't have any plans to hack around it (or advocate for support), so we should just remove the probe.
