Steps:
---------------------------------

1. Install Firefox for iOS for the very first time,
   or
   Delete the current Firefox for iOS, then install it again.

2. Launch Firefox for the first time
   ==> Show the first run pages( or welcome pages?).

3. Swipe to the last one("Sync Your Devices" page) of the first run pages

4. Tap on "Sign in to Firefox"
   ==> Actual result: Open the sign-in page of global Firefox Accounts.

5. Do NOT sign in. Tap on "Cancel" on the top left corner.
   Tap on the cloud icon under the address bar
   ==> Goto the "Welcome to Sync" page

6. Tap on "Sign in".
   ==> Actual result: Open the sign-in page of global Firefox Accounts.


Expected result for step 4 & 6:

Open the sign-in page of China-hosted Firefox Accounts / Sync service.
