Details

Apple-n should create a new navigator window, but it seems to not always work. I can't always duplicate this, but it seems like it happens when: I close all windows in mozilla, and work in another app switch to mozilla by clicking on the dock, hit apple-n keyboard combination wait... nothing happens make a new window from the 'file' menu, which works fine.
