The 1.6.0 release is the first one to stop working in Django 1.7. (we currently use Django 1.7.11) The 1.6.x releases makes it possible to upgrade to Django 1.9.
That attachment is wrong. I didn't add that. That attachment belongs to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1237671 I don't know how that happened or how to remove an attachment.
