Description:
When exiting full screen in a youtube video, the browser chrome and URL bar will become visible, but the video will still be the same size as when it was full screen, and the user will not be able to scroll down to the rest of the page.

This occurs both with the YouTube app, and watching YouTube in the browser.

Note: This issue only seems to occur if the device remains in portrait orientation. Changing device orientation will resolve this issue

Thank you to Kensie for reporting this in the community forum: https://discourse.mozilla-community.org/t/found-issue-with-youtube-app-known/6411

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160107105120
2) Navigate to www.youtube.com and select a video
3) Enter full screen mode in Portrait orientation
4) Exit full screen mode.

Actual:
Video remains Full Screen size, but browser chrome is present.

Expected:
Video properly reduces in size, and displays the full web page.

I've tried with Flame 2.2, 2.5, and 2.6.

It doesn't have to be in portrait orientation. It's just that changing orientation resolves the problem. It's also almost as if the phone doesn't think there is more content on the page, if I try scrolling it does what I would call a stretch animation.

If I start the phone and go to youtube right away, it doesn't happen. Also last time I noticed it, I closed all other applications except youtube, watched another video and it didn't happen. I haven't done further testing to see which app is likely the culprit. I usually have Facebook open and some browser tabs.
Ok it looks like I have to have an "active" video open elsewhere for this to happen. Like a website with an embedded video, but the video has to have been loaded.
This issue has occurred since the earliest available Aries build. No regression window can be found.

Majken can you still reproduce this issue on the latest build? We haven't been able to for 2 days.

Oops sorry, just saw this now. I haven't been watching as many videos as I had been. I just tried to trigger it now a couple times and it didn't happen. It acted almost as if it would and then recovered.
