Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:0.9.7+)
Gecko/20020118
BuildID: 200211808
When switching from another application to Mozilla (already open in background)
with no open browser windows in mozilla, using the keyboard shortcut command-N
for the menu command File->New Navigator Window fails unless I click on the File
menu first.
It seems the menu instance is not properly being initiated when first entering
the app.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla
2.close all windows
3.bring another app to foreground
4. go back to mozilla via the dock
5. try command-N. Nothing happens. (Try it again and again)
(workaround continues from here...)
6. Click the menu bar to display a menu. I'm a little uncertain if the File
menu needs to be opened or if opening any menu will do. Don't select any of the
menu options.
7. Press command-N. New window appears as expected.
Actual Results: With the workaround? It worked.
Expected Results: Open a window every time I press command-N.
See steps to reproduce including the workaround.
