Suggested apps should be decided by the api. I'll patch it for the testing version though.

I believe the API already supports this, but we should verify with a test of the imported data.

Allen has implemented this, but possibly need to tweak the API because I neglected one particular detail. Will follow up on both sides.

Allen updated some fake featureds on -dev. Can now be seen on -dev.
