I crashed [1] after tapping the tab queue notification and, upon restarting Firefox, my tab was lost. We probably popped the tab from the tab queue but didn't yet save the tab in session restore. Perhaps we should force a session restore sync before we empty the tab queue from disk (assuming we do save it to disk). Unless this crash is explicitly caused by tab queues, this doesn't sound like an issue related to tab queues, but rather to session restore. I see this crash is only happening in 46, we should file a separate bug about that crash.
