Details

In the url-input box when pressing control+left arrow at the end of the address,
the cursor should stop at word delimeters or preferably at the following
character class: [/?+&] 
It shouldn't select the whole url.

The problem isn't specific to the URL bar, this is a dup of 98546 "Better
word-break detection"
