Steps to reproduce:
11.1 Open https://pdehaan.github.io/push-notification-test/
11.2 Click pop Notification button.
11.3 Select "Always Show Notifications" from the notifications doorhanger
11.4 Click and drag notification to dismiss it.
Actual results:
Notification appeared but is was not possible to Click and drag notification to dismiss it
Expected results:
It should have been possible to drag the notification to dismiss it.

Additional, I don't think it is an expected operation supported, although it sounds good to the touch-friendly. I remember have a dupe for it.
