OS: Windows 2000 SP2
If the browser is in the background and pops up an alert dialog, the browser
title bar starts flashing. After clicking on the browser and regaining focus
and the alert dialog is closed, the title bar continues to flash and the
taskbar tray entry is still inversely colored.
Nothing short of closing the window will stop the flashing.
