1238959 - Clicking show password on one filed will show both old and new

Affected builds:
- Firefox 43.0 RC
- Firefox 44 beta 8
- Latest Nightly 46.0a1

Affected OS's:
- Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit
- Mac OS X 10.8.5
- Windows 10 64-bit

STR:
1. Start Firefox
2. Visit https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/44.0/firstrun/ or 43.0 instead of 44.0 
3. Sign in with a new account
4. Revisit url from step 2
5. Click 'Change' from Password
6. Type some text in both fields
7. Click Show on one of the passwords

Expected: Only one password is shown.

Actual: Both passwords are shown.

Notes:
- I don't think this is a regression since the issue is reproducible on https://accounts.firefox.com/settings so it should be server side (I was able to reproduce on Firefox 40 though).
- This is reproducible both in Firstrun or https://accounts.firefox.com/settings directly.
- I have a feeling I saw this bug before but could not find it.
