1238972 - Use Super Search to display the home page graph

That home page graph is one of the last front-end things using Postgres that doesn't have an Elasticsearch based version. Let's fix that. 

I do not think we want to have a "link to the old version" on the home page, so I suppose when we switch we switch for good. Or we put that behind a waffle flag.

Can you please file a follow-up bug that depends on this one. One that is about that is about getting rid of the waffle switch.
