From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.8) Gecko/20020204 BuildID: 2002020406 after recieving a connection refused error, the window title bar will flash with no known way of stopping it execpt closing and restarting mozilla. I encountered this several times while browsing trillian.cc, I believed the error message was caused by busy servers and not mozilla bug, but the flashing afterwards certainly is. This has happened on several different pages, although i didn't think to remember the addresses. I have encountered this on several occasions, but it seems to be happening more with 0.9.8 (could be just me :)) Needless to say, having the window flashing is very annoying... Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. trillian.cc 2. the forums seem to do it a lot 3. wait for a server error that causes a popup error Actual Results: window flashes until browser is closed Expected Results: it flashes a few times and returns to normal Im not sure if having a different window in the foreground has any effect on it, might be worth trying with mozilla in foreground and background.
