The <meter> element can be styled using
::-moz-meter-bar
:-moz-meter-optimum
:-moz-meter-sub-optimum
:-moz-meter-sub-sub-optimum

We need to create the documentation for these 4 selectors.

Sure.
Basically the following has to be done:
1. Create a MDN account. Ping any of us on IRC #mdn channel as we have to open it for you if you doesn't have one.
2. Create one new page. for each the pseudo-element/pseudo-class

You have example of a similar page there: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/::-webkit-progress-inner-element (with the addition of a small example).

You can create the page by following these links:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/::-moz-meter-bar
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/:-moz-meter-optimum
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/:-moz-meter-sub-optimum
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/:-moz-meter-sub-sub-optimum

Create one of them (not the first one), then I'll review it. Then the others should be trivial.
