1240384 - Doing a search while tab queues are loading will load search results in last queued tab

This is what happened to me:

1) Queue up some tabs
2) Switch to Fennec, notice that queued tabs haven't been loaded yet
3) Tap on the URL bar to do a search
4) Search results load in last queued tab, rather than in tab that was selected when entering edit mode

This looks like a bug in our assumptions around selected tabs and edit mode. We should make sure we don't switch tabs in the background while the user is in edit mode.
