Rust 1.6 is scheduled for stable release 2016 January 21. We should bump the tooltool versions used by the build machines once it's out.
Update linux manifests with a test build of today's 1.6-beta.

Works fine on try, modulo infrastructure failures. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=30a0206fea73

Update macosx tooltool manifest for rustc 1.6.0

Just curious, any idea why the new one is so much smaller?

I didn't investigate that. I suspect isn't because of the better build script. I used rustc's configure --target option to build and the 64+32 bit libstd directly. Previously I did separate 64- and 32-bit build of the complete toolchain and manually copied the libraries. That may have included unnecessary components in the previous archive.
