In Web Apps tutorial, pressing option key will prompt strange option

[Reproduce Steps]
1. Launch Apps -> Web Apps/Dev Web Apps
2. Press option key

Hi Davor, this bug is caused by the empty menu/menuitem inside body. TV system app won't stop the context menu since the label is empty, so a default menu will pop up in tutorial.

Since there are two views now, I moved the menu/menuitem into homepage.html where it actually needed.
