From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.8) Gecko/20020204
BuildID:    2002020406

http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/index.html gives 100% cpu usage. Only when
the page is on top, not when minimized.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.visist http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/index.html
2.
3.

Actual Results: 100% cpu usage and a laggy mouse

Expected Results: less cpu usage :)
Not 100% CPU usage on GNU/Linux but around 50% :)

It's the ugly animated GIF file on top of the page!

-> right-click on the gif and select: Block images from this server
-> reload
--> now you have 0% cpu usage..

Maybe the gif doesn't have pauses between the frames? Then it would be logical
that we got so much CPU usage...
only happens when the picture is stretched / resized by browser, actual width is
800px, picture is streched to 100%. please adjust summary, add keyword perf.
there might be a dupe out there
-> Imagelib
(see 100% CPU with win2k and 0404)

There are a few other bugs about too many CPU on some pages...
