Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.8+) Gecko/20020206 Cannot open Message Compose Window Repro: 1. open mail/news 2. click on "compose" button Expected: - copmose window opens to type an e-mail Actual: - Error message appears, something like: "Cannot open compose window. Please try again." This makes the mail app useless -> blocker

Are you sure this is a dupe of bug 123399? That one only seems to mention the "Composer" (where you create web pages). This bug is about the "Message Composer" (where you write e-mails). See also the "product" and "component" <-- they are different! Reopening for confirmation.
