Steps to reproduce: 1. Visit http://nos.nl/artikel/2081017-ajax-wint-nipt-bij-ado-den-haag.html 2. Scroll down to the photo gallery and click on the right arrow to view the next photo Actual results: nothing happens, except the red underline moves from one thumbnail to another. Expected results: the next photo slides into view. I experience the same issue with the video gallery lower on the same page. Setting layout.css.prefixes.webkit = false fixes the problem

They're also using the Royal Slider plugin (from their require.js config: `royalslider:"vendor/royalslider/jquery.royalslider.min"`. Bug 1241021 should fix this.
