Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.launch Netscape 2.Navigate to http://bubblegum.mcom.com/browser/standards/form-controls/tcase/Transitional-doctype/inputText.html 3.Enter text into second textbox then hold down left arrow key till caret reaches beginning of line. Actual Results: Caret goes back to the end of line and starts scrolling back toward the beginning again. Expected Results: Caret should stop at beginning. This also happens in Win XP and Win ME. Seems like a dupe bug but I couldn't find anything on it.
